Dear Neighbors,

I am running for State House of Representatives in District 33B because I believe people are tired of politics as usual.  Citizens deserve a government that is much more responsive to their needs and transparent in how it operates.   In the 2009 legislative session, we will be facing some difficult economic decisions for our state in the areas of education, healthcare, property taxes, and transportation.   We need to work together to re-establish  the “quality of life” that is Minnesota while responsibly financing those aspects of our state that are so important to us.   I believe that my experience in community organizing, public policy, and lobbying have prepared me to listen to you and make the legislative process work for you.
